Who is ALL IN INNOVATIVE?

All In Innovative specializes in home cleaning services for the modern, busy couples and families who prefer part-time maids to live-in maids for privacy. Our maids are screened through by the management following strict criteria therefore; only suitable, reliable and competent ones are selected to service your home.

Do I need to maintain a regular fixed day and timing?

Preferably because you will be expecting the same maid on every visit reason being the maids are scheduled for different houses. We will assign those available on the day and time you have specified. Occasionally, if you are not available on a scheduled day, a separate arrangement to re-schedule the maid is possible; provided the maid is available.

Who are these maids?

They are locals (Singaporeans and PR) aged between 40 and 55,Working in the housekeeping field, include former housekeeping chambermaids who quit / retrench from the hotel industry.

Will I have the same maid servicing my home every week?

Yes! We provide one maid to you so you will have the same maid to do your general household chores each and every week.

Can I specify the type of maid I want?

Yes, you can but remember the more specific your requirements, the more difficult it is to allocate a maid. Some clients only want maids of a certain age, some require unspecific days/timings or difficult unusual tasks. We are usually able to satisfy everyone but the more flexible you are, the easier it is for us to allocate a good maid without any need for replacement in future.

If the maid exceeds the time frame by fifteen minutes, what should I do?

The maids usually practice flexibility by completing whatever tasks they are doing even when the time is up. Likewise, both parties should give and take and this will lead to better mutual understanding between home owners and the maids.

Can I extend more hours if required?

Most definitely, each hour extended is paid accordingly.

Can I hand over the keys to the maid while we are away for work?

Yes, you can. Most of our clients have maids who are key holders. Each maid is interviewed and screened for their trustworthiness, reliability and honesty before being assigned to home owners. We will also provide our clients with the maid's full particulars such as a photocopy of the identity card and telephone number. Any theft, if arises, will be reported to the police immediately.

Can the maid come in for two hours a day?

Yes, however, you still need to pay for the minimum 3-hours package.

Will I be able to get a replacement immediately if my maid is sick or goes on leave?

Yes, we will provide a substitute from our pool of maids that we manage.,Since the company will have record of your expection, you can be assured that you need not have to go through the trouble of restating your requirment again. Once again, this service cannot be matched by agencies or independent contractors

Will I be held liable if the maid is injured while performing her duties?

Home owners will not be liable for any injuries while the maid is performing domestic work. Although the local maid is responsible for their own safety, the home owner too has a part to play in being understanding and reasonable by not assigning dangerous and difficult tasks to the maid.

What if I hire foreign maids as part-timers instead of locals?
